Plate Chain Bucket Elevator

Plate chain bucket elevator is a ring chain type which adopts the model of centrifugal unloading and dig-loading. Its traction mechanism is two circular chains. In Henan Pingyuan, this series is suitable for vertical conveying of the materials with the bulk density less than 1.5 t/m³. The powdery and granular materials are easy to dig, and the small lump materials have low abrasiveness such as coal, cement, gravel, sand chemical fertilizer, grain and etc. Besides, it can convey the materials with the temperature below 250^oC. Bucket elevator is widely used in many industries for lifting powder, granular or small granular loose material according to different working conditions.

      The ore elevator machine has the advantages of big conveying capacity, high hoisting height, stable and reliable running and long life span. The plate chain bucket elevator is applicable for conveying the powder, grain and block materials, such as coal, cement, block, sand, clay and ore. The bucket elevator is allowed to convey materials with high temperature (≤ 250 degree)when armed with special circle chain structure. The maximum lifting height is 40m.

      The bucket conveyor is suitable for lifting materials from a lower position to a higher position for the materials to be continuously conveyed to upper part through the vibration plate. According to the conveying quantity, the conveying speed can be adjusted and the lifting height can also be adjusted. The elevator bucket is a continuous conveying machine that uses a series material cabin fasted on the pulling devices and vertically lifts the materials. It can be divided into plate chain bucket elevator and bucket hoist conveyor.
